Hunt for mystery EuroMillions winner on the Isle of Man

One lucky winner is yet to claim a life-changing EuroMillions prize - (PA)

The hunt is on to find one lucky ticket holder who is sitting on a “truly life-changing” EuroMillions prize of £125,271.

The winning ticket was purchased on the Isle of Man for the draw on Tuesday 31 March 2026. It matched the five main numbers and one Lucky Star in the draw, meaning its mystery owner is entitled to a six-figure sum.

Andy Carter, senior winners’ adviser at Allwyn, the National Lottery’s operator, called on the island’s 84,000 residents to check and double-check their lottery tickets for the winning numbers.

“We are calling on the people of the Isle of Man - someone on the island, or perhaps a visitor at the end of March, has had an incredible win and they don’t even know it,” he said.

“A six-figure win is truly life-changing - just imagine having an extra £125k in your bank account.”

Players urged to double-check their figures as the search is on for mystery EuroMillions winner (PA)

The winning numbers to look out for from the 31 March draw are 5, 8, 10, 22, and 38, with Lucky Star numbers 2 and 7.

Mr Carter added: “Check your tickets. Tell your friends, ask your family - we want to unite our lucky winner with their incredible prize.”

One fortunate player came forward to claim the third-biggest National Lottery prize in UK history last month of £181m, giving them a fortune to rival the likes of Adele. While the latest win on the Isle of Man is comparatively low, it could still make a huge difference to the elusive winner’s life.

As with all National Lottery draws, the mystery winner has 180 days to come forward and claim their prize, which in this case is until 27 September 2026.

If the prize is left unclaimed, the sum and interest it has generated would be donated to National Lottery-funded good causes, including health, education, sports, arts, and charities across the UK.

Since its inception in 1994, the National Lottery has awarded more than £102 billion in prize money and has raised more than £53 billion for its good cause projects in every postcode district in the UK.

The introduction of a UK version of the popular US draw, Powerball, is expected to increase funding for good causes by around £1 billion.

Allwyn also announced the biggest overhaul to the National Lottery since it began, with a huge summer jackpot expected to more than double the number of Lotto millionaires.

Players can check their tickets via the National Lottery app or website, and can also scan retail tickets on the app. Alternatively, contact the National Lottery line on 0333 234 5050 or email help@national-lottery.co.uk.
