An alert has gone out this afternoon to track down two missing teenagers.
Ellis Clegg, 15, and Kaila Allan, 17, were last seen in the centre of Linwood early on Friday evening.
The pair were last spotted with each other close to the Tesco supermarket in Bridge Street at 5.50pm.
Ellis is 5ft 11in, slim build, curly brown hair, and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a green and grey Nike Tracksuit.
Ellis is known to frequent Paisley, Glasgow, Inverness and areas in Liverpool.
Kaila is 5ft 3in, slim build, fair hair, and brown eyes. Kaila was last seen wearing a black body warmer, tan/beige top, blue jeans, white trainers and a white handbag.
Kaila is known to frequent Paisley and Greenock.
Paisley PC Lewis Dolan said: “Police and family members are becoming increasingly concerned for Ellis and Kaila’s wellbeing.
“Ellis and Kaila absconded together and may still be in each other’s company although this is not confirmed, it is believed they may both have travelled to the Greenock area.”
“Anyone who has seen Ellis or Kaila or knows of their potential whereabouts is urged to contact Police Scotland on 101, quoting incident number 2732 or 3919 of 1 October”
