Constable Malcolm McDougall of Airdrie Police Station said: “Enquiries are ongoing into both incidents and we would remind people of the recklessness of such actions.

“I would urge anyone involved to think of the possible consequences of their actions. Anyone with information can call 101, quoting incident 2339 of 25 November or 2920 of 29 November. You can also call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
