Hunt for creep in 'tight sports leggings' after four women flashed in an hour in Scots village

Cops are hunting a serial flasher in 'tight sports leggings' who exposed himself to four women in a small Scots village in one hour.

We told earlier this week how one of the creep's victims was a woman in her 80s after the spree in Luncarty near Perth on Tuesday.

It has now emerged that officers are looking into four separate incidents between 2pm and 3pm around paths near the River Tay.

A description has also been issued with cops urging anyone with information to come forward.

One incident happened at the bottom of Tayview Road which leads directly onto the River Tay while a second took place on the path next to Luncarty House that leads to Marshall Road.

He also exposed himself on the path that runs from Marshall Way down to the river and along the rear of Hatton Place and the path that runs behind Marshall Road.

The suspect is described as white, aged in his late 30s, around 5ft 8” in height and of slim build with a tanned complexion.

He had short, dark-coloured hair and facial hair and was wearing a grey, long sleeved top and tight sports leggings.

Witnesses say he was driving a black pick-up truck with orange writing along the side of it.

A statement issued by police today reads: "This was a distressing incident for each of these women and officers are working to trace the man responsible as soon as possible.

"Anyone who seen him in the area or who has any information on his identity or any details of the pick-up truck should contact officers.

"They would also like to speak to anyone with dash-cam footage or private CCTV footage in the Luncarty area from 3pm to 4pm on Tuesday, 11 May. Any information provided may be vital to this ongoing police investigation.

"If you have any detail that might assist our enquiry, please contact 101 with reference number 1762 of 11 May. Alternatively Crimestoppers can be contacted on 0800 555 111, where anonymity can be maintained."
