Hunky Tipping Point contestant thrills viewers who say he looks like David Beckham

Tipping Point fans were sent into a frenzy over a contestant who they reckon bore a strong resemblance to England footie legend David Beckham.

Fans were left drooling over "eye catching" contestant Adam, who got off to a strong start against Will and Karen in the first rounds.

He then faced Charlotte in a nail-biting one-on-one competition, which was neck and neck the whole way until he edged towards victory right at the end.

Adam then found himself at the jackpot counter and managed to answer lots of questions correctly.

He then opted to take the £10,000 he'd earned, and it proved to be the right decision as it was later revealed he would have lost the cash if he gambled it.

Adam's performance left many fans hot under the collar, and they rushed to social media to tell how they thought he looked like Becks.

One said: "Adam’s caught my eye today."

Another added: "Aww Adam is very cute looking."

And a third said: "Adam has a bit of a Beckham look about him."

Earlier this month ITV viewers thought a contestant on the show was a spitting image of Phillip Schofield.

After Ben Shephard welcomed a new batch of contestants onto the daytime gameshow, fans took to social media to tell how they thought Paul resembled This Morning presenter Phil.

"What the hell is Schofield doing on #TippingPoint?," one person mused, while another wrote: "Phillip Schofield's lookalike on #TippingPoint!"

A third observer simply said: " Phillip Schofield on today!"

While many seemed in agreement that the hopeful contestant undoubtedly looked like TV presenter, some thought Paul actually had the look another famous face.

In 2013 Tipping Point: Lucky Stars was launched which sees celebrity contestants try to win some money for their chosen charity.

The first edition of the star-studded special saw football pundit Chris Kamara, Countdown queen Rachel Riley and Loose Women’s Stacey Solomon compete to raise some cash for a good cause
