Michelle Heaton shared a slice of reality in her latest Instagram post this morning.
The singer took to the social media platform to tell her 224k followers she was nursing a "sore head" after the Pride of Britain Awards last night.
The 40-year-old star was cuddling her blanket on the sofa as she posted the snap, which was captioned: "And then this is reality... #sorehead @prideofbritain".
Michelle looked worn out after a night of hard partying.
She also shared a snap of her hangover cure breakfast, revealing she was munching cheese on crackers and crisps, and swigging rehydration salts.
Her sore head snap comes after the glamorous photos she posted prior to the event, showing herself wearing a sweeping rose gold shimmering gown paired with sparkly jewellery and a matching clutch bag.
The strapless ensemble showed off the singer's svelte figure while drawing attention to her glowing golden tan.

Michelle completed her Pride Of Britain fashion ensemble with a pearl clip placed perfectly in her bouncy brunette curls.
The star told her Instagram followers that she "felt like a princess" and that she "cried when she saw the result" of last night's look.
Towards the end of last year, Michelle Heaton opened up about her insomnia and bouts of rage as she battled early menopause aged 39 .

The mum of two first had symptoms three years ago – after her ovaries were removed.
Speaking out to promote World Menopause Day, she said it all came as a shock – and urged other women to speak out.
The Liberty X star said: "We are too scared to talk about the menopause because it's a non-sexy chat but every woman’s going to go through it, whether as early as me or late like my mum.

“Everyone has a different journey. Some women don’t have any symptoms, which is amazing.
“Before I went through it I assumed that the main menopause symptoms were hot flushes and headaches because that’s what everybody talks about.
“But mine included insomnia. Before the menopause I would just get up and go to the gym but I can’t get out of bed because I can’t sleep and I feel really irritated and sad about it all.
“Then there’s the rage, getting to the point where I’m screaming or crying for absolutely no reason.”
