Parents-to-be Bharti Singh and Haarsh Limbachiyaa are hosting the reality talent show, Hunarbaaz. It's being judged by filmmaker Karan Johar, actress Parineeti Chopra and legendary actor Mithun Chakraborty. The judges surprised Bharti by celebrating her special 'godh bharai' (baby shower) function on the show.
In the promo shared by the channel, Haarsh Limbachiyaa blindfolds Bharti Singh, who looks beautiful in a pink outfit, and takes her on the stage. He makes her sit on the couch and Karan, Parineeti, Mithun da walk towards her on the stage. Bharti feels there is something special happening and screams out of excitement. Before Haarsh could make her sit on the couch, she made a humble request of not playing any prank on her because she's pregnant. The channel captioned the video, "Indian Television par pehli baar ho rahi hai ki godh bharai ki rasam. Bhejiye comments mein Bharti ke liye aapke good wishes aur prayers 🙏🏼❤️ (sic)" Watch the video right here:
They all wore satin sashes with 'mommy to be,' 'daddy to be,' 'maama to be' and 'maasi to be' and the moment was quite emotional.
Haarsh cracked a joke about how one shouldn't go empty handed at anyone's function. Karan and Parineeti take a hint, after which, the latter says that she's got something in 'gold' for them. This leaves the parents-to-be happy. On opening the box, Bharti seems very disappointed and gets angry. The judges apologise and try to convince Bharti but she doesn't let it go. However, it's all in jest.
Hunarbaaz goes on air at 9 pm on Saturday and Sunday.
