Hummel get fans talking with Everton kit hint after record-breaking deal

Kit manufacturer hummel appear to have dropped a hint at a new Everton strip for next season.

It was announced last week that hummel had signed a club record three-year deal with the Blues replacing Umbro, who had been partnered with the club since the 2014/15 campaign.

The deal is thought to be worth twice the amount of Everton's agreement with their previous kit supplier, estimated to be around £8m-£10m per year.

There is no official word yet on when we might see Everton's kits for the 2020/21 season, with fans producing concept designs which are getting fellow supporters excited about what the Toffees could be wearing next term.

One concept design has surfaced which is predominantly yellow and features the old club badge which was used for the majority of the 1980s.

One fan tweeted out a picture of the strip, tagging the kit manufacturer adding: “If @hummel1923 get anything close to this then they’re onto a winner. This colour should always be our away kit. Outstanding sir.”

And hummel responded to the tweet with two emojis - a blue heart, accompanied by the ‘eyes’.

The reply from hummel has certainly got fans excited about what the club will use for their home and away kits for the 2020/21 campaign.
