'Humble pie' - Nottingham Forest fans delighted after Peterborough United win

Nottingham Forest fans have lit up Twitter after watching their side beat Peterborough United 2-0.

Forest came away from the City Ground with all three points thanks to second-half goals from James Garner and Ryan Yates.

The result lifts Forest up to 13th in the Championship after Swansea City, Blackpool and Birmingham City all suffered defeats.

It's now seven games without defeat for Steve Cooper's men.

Here's what Forest fans have been saying on Twitter :

@NJL82 : Scrappy performance but don't care how we get 3 points

@gallery_rogues : Since Cooper took over the transformation has been incredible. Brilliant to see & undroppable if he maintains this. Humble pie never tasted so delicious.

@Chris78901 : Don’t even care it’s hit Yates and gone in, when was the last time we scored from a corner?!? Get in

@MarcTwaite : Game Over!! Better second half and deserved both goals. Nice one lads

@liamevansnffc : Back to winning ways. Wasn't our best performance but they carried on and dug deep for each other. Need to improve in areas and make and move the ball that bit quicker but 3points in the bag and keep fighting till the wind. COYR

@ManLikeKM : Not the best 3 points but what a view

@forestdave2 : Mr garner and mr Yates the drinks are on me lads
