Human Ken Doll Rodrigo Alves gets mermaid tail in 'dream come true'

Rodrigo Alves has had so much plastic surgery he appears to have run out of options and has gone for something even more extreme than before.

The reality TV personality, who is known as the Human Kell Doll, took to Instagram to share a snap of his new mermaid tail.

In the photo he sported a green and blue tail while he sunbathed in the shallow end of a swimming pool.

He said the tail was a "dream come true" in a bizarre post that featured a lengthy poem.

Rodrigo, 36, wrote that he once dreamed of being able to fly but as he got older he realised he wanted to be a mermaid.

He said: "As I grew up, those silly dreams I thought I forgot, until I dove deep down under water with scuba gear that I bought.

"Swimming like a mermaid was no bother!

"Looking back now, I see those silly little dreams were always a part of me. Dreams come true, it seems!"

"My nose was a dead organ and I can finally breathe. It was a bacterial infection which destroyed my nose.

"I had to wait all this time, I flew all the way to Iran because they perform it [rhinoplasty] a lot out there. That's where the best surgeons are for rhinoplasty."
