Hull City vs Bristol Rovers: How to watch and match odds

Joey Barton’s Bristol Rovers travel to Hull City on Saturday in hope of breathing life into their survival bid.

The Gas sit just one point clear of the League One relegation zone and have won just three games since the turn of the year.

But Barton’s arrival has injected new energy into the squad, with performances vastly improved in the past fortnight.

However, the Gas have not been strangers to self-destructing this season, with slack set play defending and ill-discipline costing them points in recent weeks and Barton knows his side will have to play an error-free game if they are to get a result at the KCOM Stadium.

Here is everything you need to know about today’s game…

How to watch

Today’s game will be streamed live via the EFL’s iFollow service with the match being played behind closed doors.

Match passes are available for £10 – the vast majority of which is distributed to the club.

What Joey Barton said

The Rovers boss was in a confident mood at Friday’s press conference.

He said: “I really believe in this group, so for me from the outset the plan is to attack them, because I think we’re capable of causing them problems by getting on the front foot and getting amongst them.

“We don’t play Barcelona, Real Madrid, Liverpool or Man City, it’s Hull City who were beaten 7-0 by Wigan last year and this season we beat them 4-1 with Fleetwood. They’re there for the taking.”
