Last night Channel 4 kicked off its now-traditional January food season with the first of Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall's three part Fish Fight. The campaign has already made waves with news yesterday that, since appearing in the documentary, Tesco intends to switch to the more sustainable pole and line fishing for its own-brand canned tuna.
