Hugely popular US TV show filming in Dublin and needs Irish audience members

Massively popular US game show Name That Tune is set to arrive for filming in Dublin and producers are looking for audience members.

Presented by actress Jane Krakowski with a band led by Randy Jackson, the show will be filming in Dublin this November.

Name That Tune sees contestants guessing songs from just short clips and notes played by the live band. By guessing correctly, those taking part have the opportunity to win "insane amounts of cash".

"It's like being in the front row at a concert. Kind of one of the only concerts happening right now", says Krakowski.

Dubs are invited to apply for free tickets to the show's filming here and those who manage to secure a spot in the audience will receive complimentary refreshments as well as the chance to win prizes including €1000 in cash.

All applicants must be over the age of 18 and attendees are asked to have a valid EU digital Covid cert for admission into the studio.

To apply to be in the audience, you can visit biggerstage.com/tickets or scan the QR code in the poster.

The original Name That Tune, which aired in the US between 1974 and 1981 and again in 1984 and 1985, was created and produced by orchestra conductor Harry Salter and his wife Roberta Semple Salter. Similarly, contestants had to correctly identify songs being played by an on-stage orchestra or band.
