Huge South Yorkshire speculative-build handed over to developer

A huge speculative industrial build in South Yorkshire has been handed over to the developer.

Atomic at 31 East spans more than 78,000 sq ft, and has been built by MCS Group for Trebor Developments and partner, Hillwood.

Now in possession, the team said it is ready for lease or purchase.

Bob Tattrie, managing partner for Trebor, said: This is another fantastic quality, industrial building delivered and ready for immediate occupation. The location is great, being a short distance from Junction 31 of the M1. We have seen strong interest already in this accommodation, given the lack of quality industrial in this size range in the area.”

Knight Frank and CBRE are representing the Birmingham developer, which also has strong interest around Doncaster Sheffield Airport.
