Huge scrap in the street caught on camera - '20 to 30' people kicked off outside a takeaway

This is the moment a street fight involving '20 to 30 people' broke out in Urmston.

A video clip, shared with the Manchester Evening News , shows a group of people stood outside a takeaway on Flixton Road.

Punches are thrown and people are shoved into the road.

Onlookers can be heard shouting.

Greater Manchester Police were called to reports of a disturbance at around 12.15am on Friday, July 24, a force spokesman said.

A large group of people were fighting on Flixton Road, in Urmston (M.E.N.)

Those involved ran off before officers arrived.

It is not known if anybody was badly hurt.

No arrests have been made.

Police are appealing for witnesses - or anyone with information - to come forward.

A spokesman for GMP said: "At around 12.15am on Friday, July 24, 2020 police were called to a report of a disturbance in Urmston.

"A fight broke out between 20 to 30 people outside a nightclub on Flixton Road.

"The group of offenders fled the scene before police arrived.

"No arrests were made."
