Police have closed a road in one direction after a three car crash.
Merseyside Police were called to the Knowsley Expressway, northbound, at 4.33pm on Monday, January 9, following reports of a crash. Once at the scene they found three vehicles were involved.
After assessing the situation, police concluded nobody was believed to have been injured in the crash, but due to the vehicles blocking the road no traffic was able to pass. Traffic was queued for over a mile back to the Speke Road roundabout.
