Huge queues have gathered across numerous streets in Bristol this morning (Saturday, December 11) as limited edition Banksy T-shirts have gone on sale.
Pictures show crowds of people waiting outside a handful of shops across the city, including in St Pauls, Bedminster and Stokes Croft.
The T-shirts have been designed by the man himself to mark the start of the trial of the Colston 4, which begins next week.
The queues are present outside five stores in which the items are on sale - Frontline Video in St Paul's, Hakuna Matata on Stapleton Road in Easton, That Thing on Stokes Croft, Friendly Records in Bedminster and Rough Trade Records.
On his Instagram, Banksy posted: "Next week the four people charged with pulling down Colston’s statue in Bristol are going on trial. I’ve made some souvenir shirts to mark the occasion.
"Available from various outlets in the city from tomorrow (all proceeds to the defendants so they can go for a pint).
"One per person, £25 each plus VAT.
"Details on the Ujima Radio breakfast show from 9am."
It appears the shirts are in very high demand, with the first sight of one being resold on Ebay for £9,000.
