There's more than just fireworks to keep families entertained at this year's huge bonfire night spectacular in Ruddington.
As well as an explosive evening display there will be a miniature railway, live music and a vintage fun fair to keep young and old visitors busy on Saturday, November 2.
Organised by Great Central Railway - Nottingham in partnership with Nottingham Area Bus Society, the event will take place at the heritage railway museum, in Mere Way.
Gates open at 5.30pm with live music from Rocks and Frocks from 6.30pm. The fireworks are planned to start at 7.30pm, so not too late for the little ones.
On the door entry is £5 for adults and £3 for children but visitors can save money by purchasing tickets in advance at the centre's gift shop or box office, opened every Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday until October 30.
Tickets here are £4 for adults and £2.50 for children with a family ticket (two adults and two children) priced £13.
Hot and cold food, including a chocolate fountain, and fully licensed bar courtesy of Ruddington's The Three Crowns, will also be on site.
As well as a Great Central Railway train services running for residents of East Leake and the surrounding areas, there will also be a heritage bus service between Ruddington Village Green and the Ruddington Fields site at 5.30pm, 6pm and 6.30pm, with return journeys at 8.45pm, 9pm and 9.15pm.
