Huge new 'luxury' house for sale built less than a year ago

Last year in Oxton properties had an overall average price of £236,928.

The average prices were up 16% on the previous year and a whopping 23% on the previous peak in 2016.

However it’s clear to see that this property is far from average and that is reflected in the price.

At just shy of £1,000,000, there are no other similar homes for sale in the immediate area at this price currently.

However other six bedroom properties within a mile are on the market.

A property on Cearns Road is listed for £435,000, another on Lorne Road is £610,000 and on Bryanston Road there is a home on the market for £725,000.

Images on Rightmove show that the home is split across three floors, with the top floor being made up by an 'impressive' bedroom with a dressing room and en-suite bathroom.

Another one of the bedrooms is described as a 'luxury' master suite and also comes with its own dressing room and four piece bathroom.

The further four double bedrooms all come with their own en-suite shower rooms.

While the bedrooms are certainly a highlight, the most 'breath taking' part of the home is arguably the open plan kitchen with a dining and living room.
