Nando’s prices are set to plummet next week and people are very excited about it.
The high street favourite has some huge savings available, including a quarter of chicken for £1.85 and Half Peri Peri chicken and two sides for less than a fiver.
The price drop is thanks to a combination of the VAT cut and the Eat Out to Help Out scheme, reports the Mirror.
That means the savings will only be available to people eating in, on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays in August, when the government’s Eat Out to Help Out scheme runs. Diners taking advantage of the initiative will save 50% on food and drink, excluding alcohol, up to a total value of £10 per person.

It means the whole Nando’s menu, excluding alcoholic drinks, will be reduced on those days in August. Prices have already dropped at Nando’s thanks to the VAT cut.
