Huge Leith flea market warehouse open this weekend - with loads of weird items on offer

If there's one thing we've missed during lockdown, it's a good rummage through a vintage market.

Now the recently opened Zero Leith Warehouse on Pitt Street is throwing open its doors this weekend for fans of all things retro.

The flea-market-cum-antiques-warehouse is free entry on both Friday 24 and Saturday 25 and will be open from 10am to 3pm - although it pays off to be early.

Viewing is usually by appointment only at weekends so the fact you can turn up at anytime this week is a great excuse to head down for a rummage for some bargains.

The massive venue has lots of great new antique and retro furniture on offer (there's no better time for home decorating than lockdown right?), industrial gear, collectables, and 'a motherload of mirrors and hats'.

The warehouse is known for its unusual offerings including funfair signage and a huge stuffed bear on show.

They wrote on Facebook : "We look forward to seeing you and we’re accepting donations at the warehouse, if you're having a clear out.

"Please SHARE with your friends. We need the footfall to make this new location work."

An excuse to support local while filling ourself with retro furniture? We're in.

You can visit the warehouse at 145 Pitt Street, Edinburgh, EH3 4DE this weekend.
