A large detached period home which is passed by thousands of motorists a day in Crosby is about to go under the hammer at a property auction.
The substantial building in Crosby Road South has been used as business premises but the auctioneers said it had great potential for redevelopment for a variety of uses, including conversion or new builds.
This is the first time it has become available in more than 30 years, as it has been under its current ownership since 1989.
The property is being sold by SDL Property Auctions, in partnership with Wirral Residential Buyers, and has a guide price of £730,000+ (plus fees).
The auction is taking place on Thursday, March 25, and will be held behind closed doors with a live auctioneer.
