It made an amazing debut in the city last week and a massive outdoor karaoke content will return to Newcastle.
Crowds were told to expect 'karaoke classics with lyrics on a giant screen and sing-offs live on stage for the best and worst singers and a battle of the sexes' and that's exactly what happened when, thankfully, the rain stopped in time for the event to make its debut at Stack on Saturday night with some epic scenes as everyone embraced their inner rockstar!
Always busy on a Saturday anyway, the Pilgrim Street shipping container attraction was jam-packed for the free event which got going in style with a mass rendition of Journey's Don't Stop Believing.
Voices were raised and arms held aloft for the two hour long spectacle which, as you can see from the video below from Kroud Karaoke's Facebook page , also featured a huge singalong of Robbie Williams' Angels, complete with a backdrop of iPhone torches!
And the good news, for anyone that didn't make it along, is that Kroud Karaoke will return to Stack for another FREE event on Saturday, July 27, which so so happens to be Ladies Day!
The fun will once again kick off at 7pm.
