A huge fire broke out in the roof of a commercial building in Oldham on Sunday morning.
Fire crews were called to the scene after the blaze took hold of the semi-detached property on Edward Street at around 8.30am.
At its height, the fire measured 20 metres by 20 metres.
Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service said the premises was being refurbished at the time so was unoccupied.
No one had to rescued from the building.
Images from the scene show damage to the roof the property with tiles fallen from where the fire broke through.
Firefighters remain at the scene this afternoon.

The street has been taped off while crews continue to work.
They are using a turntable ladder to access the roof of the building.

A spokesperson from the Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service said: "We were called at 8.30am to Edward Street in Oldham to reports of a fire involving a commercial property.
"Fire engines from Oldham, Chadderton, Blackley, Ashton and Stalybridge attended as well as a turntable ladder from Manchester Central and a control unit from Rochdale.
"It involved the roof space of a semi-detached commercial building.

"The fire was roughly 20 metres by 20 metres.
"We remain at the scene.
"The premises was being refurbished at the time and was unoccupied."
