A huge blaze has devastated a boxing club just outside Glasgow.
The fire broke out at Newarthill Boxing Club in Mosshall Street, Newarthill, around 6.55am on Monday morning.
Footage on social media shows massive flames engulfing the building and thick black plumes of smoke, which could be seen in the sky for miles.
A Scottish Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson confirmed appliances are still on the scene in the north Lanarkshire town.

Eyewitnesses captured the flames ripping through the facility.
One said: “Spend so much of my life in here. Such a shame.”
Another added: “Newarthill boxing club... great wee club tae ran by good folk... shocking…”
Firefighters have been tackling the blaze for five hours and no one has been reported injured.
A Scottish Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: "We are currently in attendance at a building fire on Mosshall Street, Newarthill.
"We received the call at 6.55am, and six appliances were mobilised to the scene.
"Crews continue to tackle the fire. There are no reported casualties."
Mosshall Street is currently closed to the public.
