A huge fire has broken out at a primary school sending plumes of thick black smoke into the sky.
The fire broke out just after noon at Harrington Junior School in Long Eaton, Derbyshire.
A number of firefighters have received minor injuries and were taken to hospital after tackling the blaze.
Gavin Tomlinson, Derbyshire Fire and Rescue's chief, told ITV reporter Mark Kielesz-Levine at the scene that none of the buildings were salvagable.
He added: "At this stage they believe fire was accidental. "No part of the buildings affected are salvagable.
"Total demolition and rebuild needed."

Pictures and videos show the area engulfed in plumes of smoke.
One Twitter user said the smoke could be seen as far as 12 miles away in Smalley.
No children were in the school at the time and everybody is reported as safe.
A school spokesman said: “Our beautiful, vibrant school is on fire.
"No children in school today. All safe. Emergency services attending.
"Please stay away to help. I am heartbroken.”
Erewash Borough councillor Dan Pitt said: "Devastating scenes. Many pupils of Harrington Junior School and ex-pupils will be devastated to see such scenes.

"The school has played such as vital role in educating many of Long Eaton's children."
He added: "Please follow Derbyshire Fire and Rescue Service advice: That is, please continue to avoid the area around Harrington Junior School in Long Eaton, do not gather to watch the fire and follow the social distancing rules."
Oliver Halford who lives nearby said: “I could smell the smoke in the house and then saw the smoke cloud from my back garden.
“I live two streets behind the school and from our upstairs window I could see the flames above the houses on the next street.”
Derbyshire Fire & Rescue Service tweeted: “We are in attendance at a large fire on Derby Road, Long Eaton. Please avoid the area.”
They later added: "We are still on site at Harrington Junior School in #LongEaton Please continue to avoid the area and give the emergency services space to work safely."
