Firefighters are tackling a large blaze at a reclaimed timber yard in Ellesmere Port.
Emergency services rushed to the scene of a reclaimed timber yard on Merseyton Road in Ellesmere Port at 4.20pm to reports of a fire.
Cheshire Fire Service were dispatched to the scene and on arrival they found the yard 'well ablaze'.

Additional crews were dispatched to fight the fire, with 10 engines at the scene by 6.30pm.
As well as the timber yard, the fire is also impacting a row of disused terraced homes, two of which are affected.
A cordon has been put in place by police as a precautionary measure and Merseyton Road is closed as a result of the incident.
Residents are being asked to close their windows and doors while the emergency services tackle the blaze.
A spokesperson from Cheshire Fire Service said: "Firefighters are working hard to tackle the fire and prevent it from spreading further.
"The site has been split into four areas and firefighters are using main jets to fight the fire, they are also using an aerial appliance fight the fire from above."
Ellesmere Port Fire Station tweeted: "We're currently in attendance at a large fire on Merseyton Road. A cordon is in place, and the road is closed as a result. Please avoid the area."
The smell of smoke and fire was reported from as far away as Upton in Wirral.
