A "huge fight" was said to have broken out on a busy city centre street on Friday evening.
A video sent to the ECHO showed a large crowd gathering on Slater Street, which hosts a multitude of bars and pubs, as a number of police officers responded to an "incident".
The footage shows police pinning several people down before placing them in handcuffs and escorting them away.

The video was taken from near the Jacaranda bar and Mr Kebab takeaway at around 11pm on Friday evening.
Over a dozen police officers were visible in the video, appearing to intervene to stop a fight, as shocked passers-by walked on.
Merseyside Police has been approached for comment.
