Emergency services closed a key route in the early hours after a car upturned.
The accident happened at 1.50am today (August 17) on the A370 near the Gurney Roundabout with Colliters Way in Long Ashton.
Pictures from the scene show a car which has crashed nose-down in a grassy area just off the road.
There was also a fire engine, ambulance vehicles and at least four police cars on the scene.
