There was a huge emergency service response as part of a search for a missing man in Heywood.
Police, fire crews, paramedics and mountain rescue were all involved in the operation close to the River Roch last night (Tuesday).
It was triggered after a man in his 20s had been reported missing, Greater Manchester Police (GMP).

The ambulance service said they received reports someone was in the river shortly before 6pm.
Pictures from the scene showed a large number of emergency service vehicles and personnel near the stretch of the river off Bamford Road.

It is understood mountain rescue were also involved due to the nature of the search area and the proximity to the river.
After a "brief" search of the area, the 29-year-old was found safe and was returned home by officers.
No-one was injured or needed to be taken to hospital, they added.

A GMP spokeswoman said: "At around 6pm on Tuesday 15 June, police were called to a concern for welfare on Bamford Road, Heywood.
"A 29 year-old man had been reported as missing.
"Emergency services attended, and following a brief search, he was safely located and returned home.

"There were no injuries."
A spokesman for the North West Ambulance service said: "We sent several resources to the scene after a 999 call at 17.57, reporting that someone was in the river.
"We haven’t taken anyone to hospital."

A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service (GMFRS) said: “Just before 6pm on Tuesday 15th June, two fire engines from Rochdale and Heywood, and the Technical Rescue Unit from Leigh were called to a Greater Manchester Police incident near Bamford Road, Heywood.
“Firefighters were in attendance for around one hour.”
