Huge convoy of bikers form guard of honour as hundreds attend teenager's funeral

Hundreds of mourners came out to say a final farewell to a teenager who tragically passed away last month. A cortege of motorcyclists joined mourners in Llandudno as they paid their respects to 16-year-old Odin Brown.

A GoFundMe page was set up to pay for Odin's funeral after he sadly passed away last month. The page had aimed to raised £1,000 but far surpassed its target, raising over £2,000.

The mourners and motorcyclists gathered at Ann's Kitchen in Mochdre and near Odin's home in Alexandra Road, Llandudno, before heading over Maesdu Bridge and along Maesdu Road. They then drove past Ysgol John Bright before heading to St Paul's Church in Craig-y-Don. A witness said: "It was a great turn out."

Odin's mum had appealed for bikers to escort her son for his "last ride". A post shared on social media said: "Odin was only 16 years old. He loved motorbikes. His mum has asked me to reach out to the biking community to ask if we could escort Odin on his last ride. His funeral is on Tuesday 9th May at St Pauls, Mostyn Broadway, Llandudno at 1.15 pm."

Those who donated left heartfelt messages to Odin and his family. One person wrote: "Fly high Odin no family should have to go through this my heart goes out to Shirley and children at this devastating time." Another wrote: "You will be sorely missed by everybody who knew you for being your cheeky self, you're gone but never forgotten."
