Hudson Taylor to replace Sigrid at Sea Sessions

Hudson Taylor will replace Sigrid at Sea Sessions after the Norwegian star wasn't "well enough to perform."

The 'Don't Kill My Vibe' hitmaker was due to headline the Donegal festival tonight, but now can't on the advice of her doctor.

Hudson Taylor stepped in at the last minute, and will take to the stage at 10pm.

In a Facebook post, a spokesperson for the festival said: "Absolutely delighted that we’ve got Hudson Taylor added to the bill tonight!

"We’ve flown them from the UK and sent cars to the other end of the country but the good news is they’ll be on our stage tonight at around 10pm!

"Fair play lads, can’t wait to see you in a few hours!"

In a statement earlier this afternoon, they announced that Sigrid cancelled because she wasn't "well enough to perform".

They said: "We are very sad to announce that Sigrid won’t be able to perform in Ireland this weekend!

"Unfortunately she is not feeling well enough to perform and as per doctor’s advice she needs to rest.

"She is really sorry about it and sends her apologies to all her fans that were looking forward to seeing her.

"We all at Sea Sessions wish her a speedy recovery and we welcome her back to Ireland soon.

"We're also currently working on a replacement. Back v soon!"
