Huddersfield v West Ham: 2018 Premier League preview | Prediction, betting tips, live stream, TV, tickets, H2H

Huddersfield Town vs West Ham
Premier League 2018/19
Venue: Kirkless Stadium
Date: Saturday, 10 November
Kick-off: 3pm GMT

West Ham head to Huddersfield on Saturday knowing that these are exactly the type of games in which three points are required if the Hammers are going to become a real Premier League force.

Huddersfield were bottom of the table up until Monday night, but a 1-0 win over fellow strugglers Fulham has moved the Terriers into 18th spot.

Manuel Pellegrini's men have had a better start to the season than Huddersfield, but the gap between the teams is just five points heading into Saturday's game - a gap that could be considerably tighter by the end of play.

Team news

West Ham have no fresh injury problems. Midfielder Pedro Obiang should be available after being substituted during last weekend's win over Burnley with a minor knee trouble, but captain Mark Noble remains suspended following his red card against Leicester.

Andy Carroll and Jack Wilshere (both ankle) could return following the international break, while Andriy Yarmolenko (Achilles), Carlos Sanchez, Manuel Lanzini and Winston Reid (all knee) continue their rehabilitation from injury.

Provisional squad: Fabianski, Cresswell, Balbuena, Zabaleta, Diop, Anderson, Snodgrass, Obiang, Rice, Diangana, Arnautovic, Adrian, Ogbonna, Fredericks, Masuaku, Antonio, Hernandez, Perez.

David Wagner is hoping to have a full-strength Huddersfield squad available.

Wagner has no new injury concerns after his side secured their first win of the season against Fulham on Monday and midfielder Danny Williams is back in full training following a knee injury.

Williams has yet to make a league appearance for the Terriers this season, while defender Terence Kongolo is expected to resume after returning from a hamstring strain in time to face Fulham.

Provisional squad: Lossl, Kongolo, Schindler, Jorgensen, Lowe, Billing, Hogg, Mooy, Hadergjonaj, Pritchard, Mounie, Depoitre, Bacuna, Mbenza, Hamer, Smith, Sobhi, Van La Parra, Williams.
