The 30,000ft 2 Birch Park in Giltbrook is right next to the motorway, with its own dedicated access off the A610 dual carriageway leading to Junction 26 of the M1.
The access is shared with one other business and the site is currently empty, ready to be viewed and occupied.
The property is made up of large warehouse and industrial spaces, along with offices and a showroom building.
There is also a large car park and delivery access for businesses, with numerous loading doors for deliveries.
