Howie Roseman confident in Eagles front office depth amid Joe Douglas’ departure

Howie Roseman and Joe Douglas have worked well together, but now it appears that the two high ranking NFL executives are set to become competitors, with Jets GM attempting to raid the Eagles tomb of talent. Roseman has had a few days to digest Douglas taking the Jets GM job and the two friends are now competing for the same bright analytical scouts that have helped the Eagles become the cream of the crop among NFL franchises.

During Carson Wentz press conference to announce his contract extension, Roseman said he was confident the Eagles deep front office could replace Douglas.

Roseman also stated that Douglas is trying to recruit Eagles brass with Propaganda.

This should be interesting as the Jets attempt to build on the Eagles culture just up the New Jersey Turnpike.
