Howie Kendrick’s Wikipedia page got a hilarious update after game-winning grand slam

The Washington Nationals are headed to the National League Championship series after a stunning 7-3 victory over the the Los Angeles Dodgers in Wednesday night’s Game 5 of their NLDS at Dodger Stadium.

It was stunning because first they used back-to-back home runs off Clayton Kershaw in the top of the 8th to tie the game, then veteran Howie Kendrick, who previously played for the Dodgers, won it for the Nationals with a grand slam off Joe Kelly in the top of the 10th.

And just like that the team with the second best record in baseball this year was done for the season and the wild-card winning Nationals advanced to face the Cardinals in the NLCS.

It didn’t take long for someone to have fun with Kendrick’s Wikipedia page, as he was labeled “Executioner of the Los Angeles Dodgers.”
