How you can get a free bike marking and registration in Glasgow today

Glasgow cyclists will be able mark and register their bikes for free today, thanks to Police Scotland .

Officers will be on hand today (May 29) in the city centre in a bid to help protects bikes from thieves.

Local police officers will be able to provide bike marking and registration free of charge - all you need to do is pop along with your bike.

Members of the public can access the free service from 10.30am to 1pm.

You'll be able to spot officers by the large bike rack situated on the corner of Renfrew Street at Hope Street.
