How you can earn £45 an hour sharing your Fortnite skills with young players

Fortnite might have gone dark earlier this week, but it's back with a new season and is more popular than ever.

And if you're skilled at the computer game there is now a way to turn those moves into cold hard cash.

The world’s first eSports Tutoring service has launched, offering skilled Fortnite players up to £45/hour to help train young players, reports the Mirror.

The service, called Tutor House, is actively recruiting Fortnite tutors, who can choose whether to tutor in person or online.

Alex Dyer, founder of Tutor House, said: “When it comes to eSports, the market has skyrocketed in recent years, with champions around the world sometimes earning millions, which we saw recently in the Fortnite World Cup.

“Professional gaming is becoming a more accepted career path, and we want to make sure that students have the support and guidance to successfully pursue any career path they choose.”

To apply to be a Fortnite tutor, you’ll need a valid form of ID, a DBS certificate, and evidence of the level of your skill at the game.

If this sounds up your street, you can apply here.

The tutoring scheme comes just days after Epic Games launched Fortnite Chapter 2, much to the delight of eager fans.

Fortnite Chapter 2 has a number of exciting new features, including an entirely new map, new ways to travel, and even fishing!
