How worried are you about lockdown? Have your say in our Great Big Lockdown Survey

Our survey has now closed.

Our lives could be radically different when lockdown ends according to plans reportedly being considered by the Government.

The Prime Minister Boris Johnson will next week set out a "road map" explaining how people might go back to work and how children can go back to school.

People travelling to work could be asked to check their temperature before leaving the house under the proposals reportedly under consideration.

The official advice - to stay at home, protect the NHS and save lives - remains in place.

And that means the huge disruption and changes we're facing will go on for the foreseeable future, with any loosening of restrictions likely to be made in gradual stages as we are beginning to see in other European countries.

In the meantime individuals, families and businesses are facing unprecedented changes which present more questions than answers.

But it's answers we'd like from you, as we carry out a unique survey to paint a picture of how life is going under lockdown.

If you are struggling to access the survey on your device, click here.

From how worried you are about the overall situation to whether you'd go to a pub if one reopened near you, our questions are designed to get under the skin of the UK's lockdown experience - and find out what people want in the future as we look forward to the challenges ahead.
