How will you or a family member be affected by the closure of Post Office card accounts?

The Department for Work and Pensions is planning to close Post Office card accounts in November, meaning Britons who use theirs to receive benefits, tax credits or state pension payments will have to open an alternative account with a bank or building society if they do not already have one.

If you will be affected by the closure, we would like to hear from you. We are also interested in hearing from family members of older people who have relied on theirs and do not have a bank account.
