George Osborne has set out a spending review that will have a significant impact on nursing, social care, local government and transport, along with a wide ranging autumn statement with both cuts and giveaways.

The chancellor said higher than expected tax revenues and lower interest payments on government debt had opened up an extra £27bn of fiscal wriggle room but some sectors are at risk because of manifesto commitments to protect the NHS, pensions, foreign aid, education and defence.

Do you work in local government, social care or any other sector affected, or are you impacted by any of the changes in other ways? If so, what do you think about the autumn statement? How will the announcements impact your life?
