How will Man Utd line up vs Leicester City? Solskjaer seeks balance in attack

Manchester United have a host of injury concerns ahead of Saturday’s crucial clash with Leicester City.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has been working on the fitness of Paul Pogba and Anthony Martial during the international break after both were ruled out from joining up with France due to injury.

Pogba has a ankle problem, while Martial missed the draw with Southampton with a muscle issue.

Aaron Wan-Bissaka had to withdraw from the England squad with a back injury, while Jesse Lingard was ruled out with illness.

Luke Shaw is recovering from a hamstring strain.

Of the players who are available, Solskjaer must decide how to shape an attack that has struggled for balance this season.

Daniel James has been the pick of United’s attack when on the left, but if Martial is back to lead the line, the Wales winger is likely to be moved over to the right to accommodate Marcus Rashford.

Man Utd predicted lineup

(4-2-3-1): De Gea; Wan-Bissaka, Lindelof, Maguire, Young; McTominay, Pogba; Greenwood, Pereira, James; Rashford
