With the start of Everton's 2019/20 campaign now just two weeks away, their squad has been strengthened by the recent addition of Fabian Delph, who joined from Premier League champions Man City.
The 29-year-old is a natural central midfield player, but has filled in at left-back for City in recent seasons, such is his versatility and tactical awareness.
Delph's arrival means that the Toffees now have a variety of different midfielders, who all offer something different, giving boss Marco Silva a plethora of options for the new campaign.
So, what position will Delph play in most for Everton next season? And, how many goals and assists will he provide?

Fabian Delph's 2019/20 season for Everton
Delph had a solid, if unspectacular season for Everton in 2019/20.

The 29-year-old made 39 appearances for the Toffees, scoring four goals and registering two assists, plus eight yellow cards.
Interestingly, Delph played mostly as a central midfielder, his natural position, filling in at left-back on five occasions.

Everton's best XI in 2019/20

But, his solid performances couldn't get Delph into the Everton best XI in 2019/20, with both Tom Davies and Idrissa Gueye outperforming the new signing.
However, despite not being one of their best performers, Delph did offer Marco Silva a good option in both midfield and left-back, making him an important squad player in 2019/20.
