How will Crystal Palace line up vs Man Utd? Gary Cahill debut, Wilfried Zaha hoping for Old Trafford impact

Roy Hodgson could welcome back Jeffrey Schlupp to his Crystal Palace side as the Eagles boss goes in search of a first win, and goal, of the season at Manchester United this weekend.

The midfielder suffered a pre-season injury against Bristol City but made his return off the bench in the defeat at Sheffield United on Sunday, and could feature from the off at Old Trafford.

Wilfried Zaha will be hoping to make an impact at his old club, up against former team-mate Aaron Wan-Bissaka, as he builds back to full fitness having only had one week of pre-season ahead of the Premier League campaign.

Furthermore there could be a debut for former England international Gary Cahill following his free transfer over the summer.

The central defender is ready to make his bow for Palace and would be a welcome presence in a back four which, while only conceding one so far, will not inspired confidence ahead of a trip to face Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side, who have notched five in two games.

Predicted Crystal Palace line-up (4-4-2)
