Fans of Czech Republic football have voted for their men's and women's Players of the Year for 2020 and West Ham duo Tomas Soucek and Katerina Svitkova have topped the polls.
Soucek has won the men's award for the second year in succession following his 2019 Player of the Year awards, for Svitkova it is her third consecutive time taking home the award and fourth in total since her first win in 2015.
Soucek joined West Ham in January 2020 on a six-month loan before completing a permanent transfer to the Hammers in July of that year for a combined loan and transfer fee in the region of £19 million.
The central midfielder becomes just the third Czech man to win the Player of the Year award on more than one occasion, joining legendary goalkeeper Petr Cech, former Juventus and Lazio star Pavel Nedved and Tomas Rosicky once of Arsenal as a multiple winner.
Speaking to the Czech FA website about the award Soucek said:
"I really appreciate it. The Footballer of the Year poll is the largest individual award in the Czech Republic and it is a great honor for me to win it for the second time in a row.
"I've always been the one who values team awards more, but the team is made up of individuals. I am very happy that people voted for me and I thank them for that."
Soucek received more than double the number of votes from his Hammers teammate Vladimir Coufal who was runner-up in the polls, making it a West Ham one, two in the men's award.
The midfielder celebrated his award in fine style scoring a perfect hat-trick for the national team in a 6-2 FIFA World Cup qualifier against Estonia, the first time he has ever netted three for his country.

The Hammer's domination of the proceedings continued with Svitkova's prize. The West Ham Women's no.10 moved to England from Slavia Prague in the summer of 2020 and has once again shown herself to be the star female player in the Czech Republic.
Svitkova received 14.5% of all votes as she narrowly edged out Juventus Turin player Andrea Staskova for the award. Svitkova's prolific goalscoring for her country, 17 goals in 31 appearances has helped her lead the Czech Women's team to next summer's European Championships that take place in England.
