How Tottenham's win has affected the top-four race with Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United

Tottenham Hotspur have laid down a marker to their rivals for a top-four spot after beating Brighton 1-0 in north London to open up a four-point gap over fifth-placed Arsenal.

The Gunners can return to the top-four tomorrow evening if they beat Wolves, while Manchester United are also in action as they host Manchester City at Old Trafford.

With three games to go, Tottenham's position in the top-four, and subsequent involvement in next season's Champions League, looks almost certain to be secured over the remaining weeks of the season, and OddsChecker shows they are favourites to achieve that spot.

Beneath them, the fight between Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United is difficult to call but it is the Red Devils who seem most likely to fail in their objective after a woeful run of form recently.

Here, we've identified how things stand in the top-four race with the odds, remaining fixtures and recent form for all four sides.
