Chelsea finish their Champions League group stage campaign in Russia as they look to secure top place ahead of the Round of 16 draw.

The Blues travel to face Zenit St Petersburg who are playing for pride knowing that third-place and a place in the Europa League has been secured.

A win here and Juventus to drop points would be the perfect ending to this campaign and will help Thomas Tuchel's side finish top of the group.

The Champions League holders will want to go into the Round of 16 draw as a seeded team and to do that they will need to finish above the Serie A side but as things stand, Chelsea could enter the draw as runners-up of the group.

This will be only the second meeting between the two sides having met earlier this season, with Romelu Lukaku's goal at Stamford Bridge separating them.
