How to watch West Ham vs Fiorentina Europa Conference League final - Live stream and TV channel

West Ham United's date with destiny is edging closer as their meeting with Fiorentina in the Europa Conference League Final is now just one day away.

David Moyes will be leading out his West Ham team for their first European final in 47 years and hopes are as high as nerves are wracked that they could be on the cusp of winning their first major piece of silverware since 1980. The Hammers have enjoyed a thrilling ride to the final so far with victories over AZ Alkmaar and Gent but now they face their sternest test yet when they go up against the iconic Italian side.

Wednesday’s final against Fiorentina will be the 57th, and final, match of a long and arduous season for Moyes' team. The Italians will provide a tough test for the Hammers but their form in the Europa Conference League this season has been nothing short of stellar with the Irons winning 13 and drawing two games of the 15 they've played so far.

Fiorentina have had a season of mixed fortunes so far and, despite an eighth placed finish in Serie A, they did make the Coppa Italia final, although they were beaten in that game 2-1 at the hands of Champions League finalists Inter Milan. Vincenzo Italiano's side will also be looking to add a european trophy to their cabinet for the first time since 1961.
