Tottenham are reaching the business end of their preparations for the new Premier League campaign, with only a double-header to come against Bundesliga outfit Hoffenheim next weekend before they get under way with a short trip to Brentford on August 22.
Getafe finished seventh in LaLiga last term under Jose Bordalas and come into this fixture following consecutive friendly defeats by Monaco and Atletico Madrid.
They also played out a goalless draw with Real Valladolid after opening the summer with back-to-back wins over Tenerife and Reading.
This is Getafe’s final friendly before turning their attention to the Conference League play-off round and an opening LaLiga contest away at Alaves on August 15.
