18 years after making his PGA Tour debut at Riviera Country Club, Tiger Woods will return to the course once again as the host of The Genesis Invitational, and he’ll be taking on a loaded field filled with nine of the top ten golfers in the world, according to the current rankings.
Woods has never won at Riviera, but he’s been on form over the winter, with a victory at the Zozo Championship in Japan, a strong performance at the Presidents Cup, and a T-9 finish at Torrey Pines just a few weeks ago.
Woods will have a late tee time on Thursday, so you’ll be able to watch his entire first round on TV.
Televised coverage of The Genesis Invitational will begin at 2:00 p.m. ET Thursday on Golf Channel.
Tiger Woods will tee off at 2:41 p.m. ET, in a group with Justin Thomas and Steve Stricker.
